I finally broke down and had to work in some Photoshop... Tried to work on my constant crashing laptop with my epic trial version... Near the end my laptop almost died, so I'll have to wait till I get my Macbook back for further work 
On the plus side, I share my last picture of 2012. This piece is very much a "growth picture" for me and my skill set. Backgrounds are really difficult for me and with the detail I put into this one, it's the 1st time I have had 120 layers in Photoshop!
I am pretty excited with how it turned out and feel I end the year with a piece that previews where I will head. I am looking forward to one day hate this picture, because that means my skills as an artist will have grown even more!
My advice: Do what you love and keep doing it, you learn by doing!
I call this picture "Fight on Felucia."
